We adopted Gus when he was 1 year and 11 months old. He has been such a joy to us. Shortly after adopting him, we had to put our precious dog Gizmo down; we had him for 10 years due to an extended illness. So Gus has become quite the spoiled cat as he is now the only pet in the home. He is the first cat we have had, so it’s been a fun experience.
