We adopted Squeakers from Petsmart when he was 4 years old. At that time, we had to remove all of his teeth due to extreme dental issues. Fortunately, that didn't stop him from eating wet or swallowing dry food post-op day 2. He loves to sit and sleep across on the cable box for its warmth. He is a feisty cat, in that he can be very loving one minute and then all of a sudden 'gumming' (no teeth) and scratching you without any of the normal cat warning signs, unlike our other cat who just gets up and walks away. He is playful and smart. He likes to play softball. I throw him about 1/2 inch tightly wadded up aluminum balls, while he sits on an elevated surface, like a bed or a chair, which he then bats back. I am able to catch one, but not too frequently. I named him Squeakers because he has a very high pitched meow. We love our Squeakers and wouldn't trade him in for anything in the world.
