Spike has grown from a cat that would fight me trying to cut his nails or give him medications to an easygoing sweetheart. He had a major infection in his eye last year that required drops in it twice a day. We have gone from fighting hysterics to a calmness in the bathroom sink. He now comes to me to let me know it is time for his eye drops. I do my balance exercises while he sits in the bathroom sink and lets me do his eye drops, along with lots of pets and massages. For some reason, he finds the bathroom sink a good spot to take his medications like a good boy.
