Penelope was one of 100 dogs that were rescued from LA in 2013 by the Humane Society of Utah. She is very sweet and not a barker or biter. She loves to burrow in blankets to make her nest. She is happy and friendly and brings much joy to my life. She delights people when I bring her out in public.
