Lakona, which means "healer" in Hawaiian, is such a blessing for us. We lost our 18-year-old Pomeranian, and our hearts needed healing from her passing. Several weeks lapsed, and we became aware of a Pomeranian puppy in need of a home, and we were fortunate enough to get a little guy who has enriched our lives more than we can explain. He loves to lick us, and we have named him with a second name "Sir Lick A Lot". He plays with his toys and loves the snow. He is an exceptional best friend!
