Deuce was born a singleton. He didn’t have the opportunity to play with other puppies. He is the half-brother (same mom) of Ace, my therapy dog (bi-black Sheltie), who we had to lay to rest in December. He was a fabulous certified therapy dog. Deuce learned from Ace and me how to be a great therapy dog as well. I became ill with multiple autoimmune diseases; disability is my new me. I’m thankful for Deuce and his love and therapy. He’s my Velcro dog. He’s with me everywhere I go. He patiently waits for me when needed. He’s like a little hairy robot that knows what I need when I need it. He’s amazingly sweet and smart!
