Petspiration Spotlight: Cecil

Cecil was a stray that my daughter and her husband captured to be neutered. They named him Cecilia until the vet told them he was a male, so he quickly became Cecil. When my cat died, they suggested I adopt Cecil. Though initially hesitant because I thought he would not be happy being kept inside (HA rules), I finally relented, and the two of us lived happily ever after.
