Bruiser is a Chihuahua who is 19 years and 9 months old, turning 20 years old this July, just a couple of months apart from my son’s age, who is 20 years old. Bruiser is a very special dog; I had his father, Courage, for close to 16 years before he passed away, and Bruiser is the last of his brothers. Bruiser has been epileptic his whole life. Now he has cataracts, which makes daily tasks very challenging, but he is a trooper, happy, healthy, and dearly loved. He deserves to be honored for all the joy he has brought to my life and my children's lives. He is a very loving Chihuahua and my best friend, who has given me close to 20 years of friendship and love to me and my family.
