Beaker was born in May 2019. He quickly became my fiancé’s cat! My fiancé named him Beaker because when he was born, he had no voice, so you could see him try to meow, but there was no sound! He became Beaker like the Muppet from Sesame Street who was known to have no voice. My fiancé died in September 2021, and Beaker quickly became my best friend and support during my mourning process. He is very aware of my emotions and almost treats me like his pet. He pets me when I reach to pet him and accepts those advances, using his paw to rub me. When I cook, he will jump from the floor to my shoulder and lands perfectly every time! He scared me the first 100 times he did it, but he has never clawed me in the process! He is a gentle soul and is everything any cat owner would ever desire! I love him dearly and wanted to share him with you all!
